ADK STAB AO-412S is a high molecular weight thioether designed for improving the long term thermal stabilization of polymers, predominantly polyolefins, in combination with phenolic antioxidants. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring exceptional long term thermal stability, such as under-thehood applications in the automotive or the transportation sector.
ADK STAB AO-80 is a unique phenolic antioxidant with respect to structure and properties. It is suitable for the stabilization of all varieties of polyolefins. It is particularly suitable when higher standards of long term heat stability must be met, the combined use with thioethers such as ADK STAB AO-412S is recommended.
ADK STAB PEP-36 is a specialty phosphite with good hydrolytic stability and high processing stability efficiency. Is use may allow lower loadings compared to wellestablished phosphite secondary antioxidants. It is recommended for the use in polyolefins and is particularly suitable to be applied in harsh processing conditions, benefitting from its high stabilization efficiency and low volatility. It is also less prone to gas fading.
ADK STAB NA-11 is a nucleating agent for improving mechanical properties such as stiffness and flexural modulus. These distinct features contribute to weight reduction of automotive parts. ADK STAB NA-11 is also used to improve productivity of automotive parts with reduced molding cycle times. A PP masterbatch is also available.
ADK STAB NA-902 is a proprietary blend of nucleating agents designed for better dimensional stability and excellent coefficient of linear thermal expansion which is gaining increased importance for automotive parts. ADK STAB NA-902 provides optimal CLTE performance especially for filler containing applications such as bumpers.
ADK STAB NA-27 is a highly efficient nucleating agent blend suitable for polypropylene offering superior performance with respect to flexural modulus and heat distortion temperature. With its superior dispersibility, ADK STAB NA-27 provides better performance when it is used as one-pack granules compared to other nucleating agents.
This product range covers ADEKA’s proprietary halogen-free flame retardant blends based on intumescence. Products offered in this range are ADK STAB FP-2100JC and ADK STAB FP-2500S. Whereas ADK STAB FP-2100JC offers a higher thermal stability and can be processed up to 250°C, ADK STAB FP-2500S differentiates as a low dust form with a slightly lower processing window (240°C), but at the same time allowing for lower loadings (approx. -5%) compared to ADK STAB FP-2100JC. Both products are suitable for polyolefins, polyolefin copolymers and polyolefin blends and are typically dosed at 20-40%. They do not negatively interfere with the thermal and light stability of the matrix and allow also for the incorporation of glass fibers without any negative impact on the flame retardancy.
ADK STAB AO-26 is a novel antioxidant highly suitable for use in XLPE power cable applications. In the power cable industry,further improvements of heat stability and cost effectiveness are sought and ADK STAB AO-26 can achieve both demands. ADK STAB AO-26 shows excellent heat stability, but at the same time does not interfere with the cross-linking reaction between XLPE and the cross-linking agent such as DCP as conventional antioxidants do.

ADK STAB FP-2600U is a newly developed nitrogenphosphorus based flame retardant recommended for thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU). ADK STAB FP-2600U is an intumescent flame retardant system designed to meet various flame retardancy requirements. It significantly reduces the heat release rate and contributes to improved smoke suppression compared to a conventional flame retardants used in TPU.
ADK CIZER C-8LS is a linear C8 plasticizers suitable for 90-125°C service temperature
ADK CIZER C-810L is a mixed linear C8, C10 plasticizer suitable for 90-125°C service temperature
ADK STAB RUP-177 is recommended for transparent cable applications and provides excellent retention of color and resistance to thermal ageing whilst not interfering with electrical properties. Recommended loading levels are 3-7 phr.
ADK STAB RUP-110 provides excellent retention of color and resistance to thermal ageing whilst not interfering with electrical properties. It is recommended for service temperatures ranging between 75-125°C, and is particularly suitable for service temperatures exceeding 90°C. Recommended loading levels are 5-12 phr.
ADK STAB LA-402AF is a highly efficient light stabilizer based on a synergistic HALS blend. Offered in a PP masterbatch form, It allows easy blending with base resins. Preferred uses include, but are not limited to, filled and pigmented polyolefins, predominantly polypropylene. It provide a high level of UV protection and hence the final article resists UV degradation for extended periods of time.
ADK STAB LA-40MP is a secondary HALS offered in a PP masterbatch (50%). It is suitable for polyolefins and styrenic polymers alike.
ADK STAB LA-502 is a propriety light stabiliser taking advantage of advanced alkylated HALS technology to povide state-of-theart protection in filled and pigmented formulations for interior automotive application.
ADK STAB LA-502XP is a synergistic light stabilizer concentrate (50% in polyolefin) based on a methylated HALS, low interaction,particulalry suitable for automotive interior applications.
ADK STAB NA-21 is a nucleating agent offering good mechanical properties such as stiffness and modulus with excellent dispersibility in polyolefins. ADK STAB NA-21 balances mechanical properties and shrinkage. It is available also in masterbatch form.

ADK STAB LA-31 RG is a very low volatility benzotriazole UV Absorber. It is particularly suitable for processing and ageing scenarios where high UVA loadings, low volatility and increased compatibility with the polymer matrix are required, such as in glazing applications. ADK STAB LA-31 RG exhibits high UV protection and at the same time offers low volatility and a reduced deposit on extrusion equipment such as calibrators and chill rolls.
ADK STAB CPS-507 is a reference standard solid stabilizer recommended for flexible interior PVC applications such as instrument panel upper layer. One typical converting technique in use for instrument panels is the so-called “slush molding” technique. In order to address the process requirements and performance feature, this grade can be co-formulated with specific liquid and solid co-stabilizers, UV / light stabilizers and linear trimellitate plasticizers (ADK CIZER C-8LS and ADK CIZER C-810L), all products commercialized by Adeka Palmarole.

ADK STAB AS-301E is a polymeric permanent antistatic agent, its working principle is based on static dissipative action. It offers long lasting antistatic effects in polyolefins at concentration levels at 10-20% and anti-dust properties at 5-10% loading level in the polymer matrix. Due to its polymeric structure, it is not prone to bloom or migrate from the host matrix and the effects may be considered long-lasting.
